Airpump won't fit

Hey guys, i've been fighting my emissions tests without an airpump and finally got all the parts together to put one on and guess what. It won't fit because of my IC piping and intake piping.

Anyone have any other ideas? I'm considering an electric LT1 airpump but everyone i look they are close to $200.

Buy a used LS1/LT1 or whatever air-pump. I bought a cat + pump off a friendly member for $100, and passed with a bit of work. If you already have the cat, then the pump is even cheaper used. Simple wiring it up too.
