I have a 90 T2 that has had all emissions removed, now i just noticed that were the air pump used to be is just a hole. No block off plate. There is just a spot next to the water line for the turbo thats open. Now I dont remember if its supposed to be like that, or if there was a plate and it came off. Someone want to help me remember? Thanks alot.

Im blocking it anyway becasue im having an iddle problem and im pretty sure its the cause. But incase im wrong, could someone tell me other wise.
