Air supply valve questions?????
i have a 1988 T2 that suffered a PD failure. the air supply valve was toasted.what does it do and do i really need one?????

You really don't need it - don't worry about it.

It's supposed to help compensate with load produced by the PS pump, but there's no problems when it's removed.
