air ride suspension

has anybody seen this on ebay?
(hope i did this right)

may be a bit on the rice side, but i think with some good suspension bracing ie. tri strut brace, corksport lower arm kit, energy bushings, and rear strut brace, might be the perfect balance of ride comfort and handling?

yes?

no?

what do you guys think?

more than likely will get coilovers, or kyb agx's with the rb susp kit, but i am just interested in seeing what else is out there. my car is a daily driver and i live in jersey where there are possibly the worst roads known to man. i am not complaining about the ride, cause i honestly have never driven a more responsive better handling car. but i am willing to take certain sacrifices, even a little weight penalty to make the day go by a little smoother without losing too much of the car's handling ability.

is there any one running an air ride set up here?

My money would be on a NO answer. I don't think air bags are performance in any way shape or form. But thats just my oppinion I may be wrong. Who knows.

We use air ride on our fleet at work (trailers).

You will lose alot of handling ability, unless the bags are totally full, at which point it will be very stiff. But then again, with the bags totally full, the car will be pretty high depending on what bags you use.

There is a reason performance guys don't use air as a means of suspension.

1300 can be much better spent buying just about anything else you could imagine.
