Air pump on and won't stay running
I just put my air pump on today because I have to go for my emmisions test and the car won't stay running. any RPM above 4000 and it runs fine, but when the rpm's are below that it runs really bad and dies.
I looked at my 6 port actuators and there seezed all the way open, could this be the problem? or somthing completely diffrent?

It should not be six port related.
Did you put the ACV back on? Probably.
The airpump can get air into the intake only thru the anti afterburn valve inside the ACV. They do leak after a time of fifteen years or so.
So do this. Remove the airpump belt and idle the engine. Did the problem change??? IF the car now idles, I'd say the problem is the anti afterburn valve in the ACV is kaput and leaking air into the intake when it should NOT. It's doing that under the airpump pressure when the belt is on and if the belt is off that air pressrue is not being forced into the intake messing up the mixture. Get it? Do it.
Or when you installed the pump you knocked of a intake duct clamp/hose etc and that is the problem.
