Do you have a pic of the plate? Maybe they sent you the wrong part.

That won't fit the NA engine. Compare it to your NA ACV...Totally different. You can trace the ACV onto some sheet metal and make your own plate.

When you get the right plate, make sure you pop that little black circular thing out. The plate won't sit flush if it's left in there.

Well I have 2 choices...I can either order the right one from Racing Beat...Or buy a sheet of sheet metal and go ahead and make my custom door panels I have been wanting to make...And make the block off plate while I am at it? Will the sheet metal be thick enough>??? I could just use the screws provided with the K2rd plate,,,Which would you guys do...Also What else can I remove that is of no use??? What about the Egr??? I read a thread the other day about someone who removed there Air pump along with some Solenoids and sensors...Which sensors and Solenoids can I remove???Please if you have pics let me know...Thanks...

Part Number 192-1016 is the 13B plate
Part Number 192-101o is the 13BT plate

You should send it back and get the correct plate for your application.

No, the block-off plate should be 3-5mm thick.
Since you've already paid for it, just send it back and get the right one.

looks like your actuators are closed. The rod should be extended when the car is not running. Check them and try to free them up if they are stuck.

oh yea, dont use sheet metal, who ever suggested that probably uses duct tape to hold the wheels on. Anyway, use a thick plate. The temps are high and also you need a tight seal.

I think I will try and send it back and get the right part...Thanks Bonzai for the part numbers....I will email them and see what I have to do to send em back...And for Rxhevin...I have a Series 4 engine and I Thought that the actuator rods on series 4 engines push in to open...They are different than Series 5 where the rods pull out to open...I think that is how it goes...Correct me if I am wrong guys....
