The actuators bolt to the LIM and have hoses that connect to the piping to the rats nest. Once you get the actuators off you can check to see if the rods move freely and thus the sleeves as well. Look for the links in the sticky at the top of the forum for the FSM and look it up in there. Then it will all make sense, or heres an image search from google.

I found everything I need and will probably take it on this week or next week whenever it warms back up. I'll post some pictures and update when its done. Hopefully I don't break anything having to take all that crap off haha

All of the hardware is pretty tough. As for S4 plastics, not so much XD

Ok I have the air pump hooked up and working good. My car runs better now! The VDI valve opens perfectly. But only one of the aux ports open. The one closer to the rear rotor will not open. Any ideas?

Pull the hose off of it and feed it a little but of pressurized air from an air compressor and see if it is stuck.

I doesn't take much pressure, so don't overdo it.

It just started working after some considerably hard driving! New spark plugs and it'll run great!!
