Hacksaw and drill/drill bit, from HomeDepot and a piece of metal from ??????http://www.onlinemetals.com/ or local. Aluminium. Or http://www.onlinemetals.com/merchant...p=2&top_cat=60

Best if it's 1/8 inch thick at least. Also make it better than the ones from Mazdatrix http://www.mazdatrix.com/c-5.htm and others and install a vacuum nipple on the plate. There are three possible places on the acv blockoff plate to install a nipple. Only three specific places.

There are other places that make those inferior bockoff plates with no nipples for vacuum. Bad products imho.
