Lightbulb Air pump

Well i got my exhaust done today , i removed all my cats and got 2.5" put in from downpipe back , they cut the metal piece that goes to my main cat in the back , im planning on blocking that whole tube thing off , its the one from the back of the engine , i can iether pull my air pump off and wire my ports open , or make them open from pressure from the air pump as described on rotary ressurection , can someone give me some advice and clear up the air pump port idea for me?

First, what year is your car? I went to the rotary resurrection website to see what you were talking about. In order to properly answer your question, we need to know what year your car is.

I think the only problem with wiring them open is that you lose low end torque. From what I've heard, it's really no big deal.
