is there a website that shows how too take the air pump off a 91 t2?

Get the FSM from the FAQ. As you can see from the emissions section, removal of the air pimp simply involves cutting the belt, then disconnecting two hoses and removing the two mounting bolts. You then need a blockoff plate for the ACV and you will need a dual belt pulley for the alternator to run a 2nd belt to spin the water pump.

This is only valid if you don't have a cat.
