Air Hose to Bonez Cat

The rubber air hose connecting to my Bonez Cat is completely split and needs replacement. The original hose lasted a long time, but the replacement hose I used didn't last very long. When I replaced it I used whatever fit which I think was a water hose. I guess it can't handle the heat generated. Autozone hose I don't trust either. What type hose do have you guys used??

Here's pictures of where I'm talking about. Thanks.....

I hooked mine up with heat resistant silicon hose.

I finally started my car after the rebuild and it started, thank goodness, but I have a temporary rubber hose connecting the Bonez cat to the air pipe. I like the idea of silicone hose, but I see ratings are only to 350F. Is that good enough? I would think around the cat it would be near or more than a thousand degrees.

Find a flange off your old cat and an extender pipe.Weld the flange to the cat. That will dissipate heat through the pipe.
