Does anyone know if the AFM is the same for both Series 5 NA and Series 5 Turbo?

Each one is different in it's own way with the difference in S4 and S5 being the biggest. As far as I know anyways...

They are different. The T2 afm has a heavier spring and a different shaped nose on the plunger. It is designed to handle a wider range of flow.
