air control valve question

air control valve question

can i cap it off or do i have to remore it right away ? if i dont want it hooked up im making some plates but if i cap off all the vac lines will my car run difernt ?

so if its there with no hoses or wires going to it it will be alright if i dont cap it off and it will run the same ? sorry if i make it seem like im asking the same question i just wan to make sure i understand right
