That guy can do whatever you want in 2.25, 2.5, and 3", definitely get aluminum only, steel is just extra weight.

You can specify the material when you buy it for various weather conditions mine are coated aluminum. I polished the outsides and they look awsome. the inside is coated also . for that reason to prevent any corrosin that could damage wires or connections.

again very good quality for a low price. and you can see the parts in front of you rather than order them to only find they will not work.
The best part is you can get the bends with any length of pipe before and after. Thats why I have only 2 connections in mine turbo/pipe intercooler/ pipe. not 3-4 splices like every overpriced intercooler kit out there.

what kind of dummy have you people used when trying out how long and what bends you need ?

i was thinking of some kind of flex pipe ... just to make a model and then buy from somewhere ...

they do make aluminum conduit, i just didnt know it came in large ehough diameter or with smooth enough bends for intercooler piping...but this guy says he got some, so maybe it does....i want to see those pics...
