I've driven a TII and it was pretty fun, but not the same as the modded NA experience. It was perhaps just as fast as my NA, but much slower to react. Everything felt delayed and heavy (ie. steering, stickshift, brakes, handling, power response).

I would love to mod a TII. But modded NAs and modded TIIs are completely different beasts. Notice that probably 90% of FC owners who race their cars on real tracks choose NA . .

well you also have to consider that there are a lot more N/A' s out there than there are TII's.

Dustin, your *** is mine! (if I can get a TII motor.) I just got a line in a j-spec for a very reasonable price. He is supposed to hold it for two weeks for me. But if that falls through, I am back to the drawing board.

Also, as far as a budget goes. What I was trying to say in my original post is that it'll blow most of my budget for now to do the swap....I'll just have to wait for paint and serious mods until this summer (3 months) to FINISH it.

Talk to Icemark and read his posts about his N/A vs turbo set ups. Good stuff there, especially if you want to have some nice low end power, as you won't with the turbo setup.

You don't count :-p. especially since you even have a self proclaimed "too many mods to list"
No really, I think Icemark's setup has more low end than a TII does. I meant "won't have low end" in a comparitive way.
btw aaron your mp3 player kicks ***.
