aftermarket water temp probe placement?

Hey guys.. Where would you guys recommend putting the probe for an aftermarket water temp gauge? I seen these on ebay, would this work out okay?

I have an S5 and i believe the waterneck is plastic so tapping a fitting there wouldnt be a good idea. Thanks

Like everyone says, optimum place is where the orig sender is or tap the waterpump to get accurate readings. But, dunno why it wouldn't work as a way to keep the stock one reading for looks and put your aftermarket gauge sender in one of the two mentioned other places.
