I was curious if there were aftermarket tonneau covers available for vert models. More specifically, a hard material to cover the vert top assembly flush, giving the car a more streamline look.

There was someone that started this on the forum but not sure if they ever finished, I believe it was made from a s2k cover, it looked like a ton of fab work.

Our convertibles are a niche within a niche. There simply isn't a large enough market for aftermarket parts you see on other cars.

Mazda did offer something similar to this though..they called it a COUPE!

(*sorry..I had to...!)

Seriously though I liked the Miata look but still..Uh..I can't see myself in a Miata,so I can't see me having a Vert with anything like a closed fiberglass top.(when I can have a coupe!)
