I removed them and am using an aluminum rod. Can Aluminum rod be your option?

After searching for them periodically online without success, I recently searched using he OEM part numbers and found this site that sells them. I just installed them and the open/close of the trunk could be smoother but they fit great and my trunk will finally stay open without slamming shut! www.liftsupportsdeptot.com

Because you have that rear wing, you'll want to go with heavier duty aftermarket trunk shocks. I know, I have a wing on my S5 TurboVert.

I have an extra set of mounting blocks I had made up for mounting the aftermarket struts. I can send them to you for what it cost me to have the machine shop make them up. Can probably dig up the make and part number of the struts as well.
