Question Aftermarket Torque Converter?

Just let me state that I know the automatic tranny sucks to begin with so please try to keep for flaming me on that.

Having said that I was wondering if anyone has found a company that makes torque converters and/or shift kits for the Fc. I have a 90 model vert that I want to squeek just a little more out of. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Dunno about aftermarket TQ's but I bought an Auto to repair and sell once, its tranny seems a bit doggy, so i put a bottle of that Lucas Tranny fix in it and BLAMMO, that thing was tip top!!

try a bottle of that if you can't find anything else!

Swapping it to a 5 speed would be about as easy. You're going to have to drop the tranny anyways.
