I got the car with an aftermarket steering wheel and i get 5 consecutave beeps, but it didn't always do this. the FAQs say-

"5-beeps, pause, repeat - in case abnormality of steering sensor signal: Steering sensor is mis-aligned or failed or steering wheel has been improperly installed."

how do you reposition your steering sensor?? please help!

 

Pull the steering wheel, you will see a white plastic gear with a arrow on it. Then you will see a mark on the surrounding piece, it will be stright up ( at 12:00 ). Align those 2 marks, and then reinstall the steering wheel.
