Aftermarket steering wheel

Hi

I just recently installed a momo aftermarket steering wheel and now i get 5 beeps and pause while driving

I checked the faq section and it says that 5-beeps, pause, repeat - in case abnormality of steering sensor signal: Steering sensor is mis-aligned or failed or steering wheel has been improperly installed.

I tried taken it off to re-install it but the beep still continues

Does anybody have a solution?

Thanks

-Sam

Should be some info there. You want to make sure the sensor is ligned up with its arrow pointing to the arrow on the non-rotating part. The two tabs that stick out should go into holes on the steering wheel. Compare your stock wheel to see what I mean.

Hi thanks for the advice earlier

I took off the momo steering wheel and lined up the arrows on the sensor and the non-rotating part. But for some reason the beeping is still there

The link that you provided didn't work... I was wondering if you have any more advice

Thanks

Does the hub have the two alignment holes for the steering position sensor?

Or are you just bolting the hub on and not paying any attention to the position sensor's bushing's two plastic prongs (that need to line up with the two alignment holes in the back of the correct hub adapter.
