I know this sounds weird, but Im planning on gettings some KYB adjustable shocks and some aftermarket springs for my FC. My problem is that Im running 225/50/15s up front, and the tire is probably 1 cm away from hitting the spring. Im currently looking at getting the Suspension Tech springs, and am curious if they are shaped different, because I cant find any pics of them.

They should be the same. You can always get the tire shaved if the spring is too close.
