If anybody has one please let me know how to install one in an 88 rex.

 

Fo shizzle, plus, I heard that the stock tach is pretty accurate, so I'm wondering if it's even worth it...

 

you should just have to have a ground, a hot line, and a signal which can be pulled off of the same location as the stock tach. maybe a wire for a light which is best if you wire it into the out side of your dimmer switch.

 

I like the stock one but got one of those monster tachs for free so I want to try it on. Thank you jeremy.

 

you can hook the signal up at the femal bullet connector by the leading coils (the one's by the fire wall) That is where you hook up a test tach. This is where I hooked up my shift light.
