Aftermarket exhaust questions

I currently have no exhaust just a header and down-pipe on my 87' Rx. I need to know if the Apexi GT-Spec exhaust and a carsound high-flow cat will bolt directly to my downpipe or if I need any other parts to bolt in The exhaust can be found on hopupracing.com and the highflow cats can be found at hopupracing.com

Most high-flo cats won't git r done for your car. I recommend Bonez.

Everything else is ok.
