I have flooded my car many times and have never had a problem restarting it. I flooded it last weekend and after I got it started it ran really wierd, here's what it did. After if smoked its usual for a few minutes it idled fine so I hoed in to drive it around and it started surging and any time I gave it gas it would keep surging and not go over 3 grand. I shut it off and restarted it again it seemed to run fine so I went out for a test drive, it ran fine but would idle low and their was a little popping in the exhaust. The next day I started it up and drove home 300 miles no problem idle was fine. Now today it seems to be idling low again and running rough. My question is, is it possible that i messed something up in the process of restarting it after flooding.
