Exclamation after burn problems

i tried everything i know to do to get this crap to stop. i used a low octain fuel (87) i checked for intake and vacume leaks, none to be found.... there was however a missing nut connectin the plastic snorkle to the throttle body. but there were no leaks in conjunction with the missing nut.

would oxygen sensors have anything to do with it?? i need help! im open to all suggestions!

Working cats usually dont let flames happen,.. also check the ACV functions, particularly the anti afterburn valve.
