After 60K tune-up

What should I mod to make my n/a fc better after I am finished with the 60K tune-up?
Hopefully the suggestions will not be too costly...

Depends what your goals are. Basic mods like exhaust, intake and suspension.

Icic, I've gotten an air filter and the cold air box. So i guess exhaust would be next.

On an N/a you don't really need bigger injectors. At most you should buy an S-AFC to tune them on a dyno for better performance.

no. You still need the AFM unless you go full stand along ecu. The SAFC is only a piggyback.
