I've been looking up AFC's and i see some are air fuel controller and some are air fuel converter. Is there a difference to these? if so... what are they? thanks

All AFC's manipulate the AFM voltage the ecu see's. There is no difference in that respect, however some have more available rpm points to tune by etc..
