Advice: Looking to get a Gen2 Maybe

Hey..

I know quite a bit about the Gen1's and their capabilities but given they are so hard to find im thinking I might settle on a Gen 2. But the problem is, i dont know anything about them so maybe you guys can help. What are their downfalls? What should I look for? What type of modifications can be done to them? How well do they run on a track? Ill probably get an NA and turbo it later, is that possible? Is it expensive?

Thanks.

If I were doing it again, I'd go for a turbo first.
I'm conjuring up one – soon – I hope..
