Advice for Body damage

mmm long story short.. i have my quarter panel pushed in from a accident thats happened in March.. now there is an oppertunity to fix it... Some in my area has a s4 shell and its been hit too and that on the drivers side in the front. but the passager side rear quarter panel is clean. I want to know what i need to do to draft that piece on to my FC. the lines look the same to me.
-what tools and supplies would i need?
-how long will it take if i do it myself?
i've has a few estimates arouns 3-4k.. psshh why not do it myself ? some say that i should part it out and get another shell and swap everything in. what im looking to do is get a straight body back and thats it.
oh and here are the pics
o poor quality due to camera phone

i don't want to do another swap i just got this car back from a salvage title.
