Advanced Timing?

Can someone please tell me how exactly to advance the timing on an 86N/A, and how many degrees should it be advanced for optimal performance? Thanks in Advance.

there are 2 timing marks on the main pulley and you use a timing light. when you put it on the Leading1 wire it should line up w/ one mark and the Trailing1 wire it lines up w/ another. i forget which color goes w/ which but you should be able to figure it out. then you can just advance the timing a bit but i think its a bad idea... i know many people whove lost motors due to playing w/ timing too much.
