Adjusting throttle stop?
My throttle cable on my T2 is about 10mm short, I'm not getting full closure on the throttle because of the cable. How do I adjust the throttle stop on the TB itself? is there any other ways to adjust the cable?
I'm using an s5 t2 tps in my s4 T2

You don't adjust the connection at the gas pedal. You only adjust the full throttle stopper (to keep from stretching the line or bending the throttle linkage).
You adjust the freeplay where the cable bolts to the engine, and you adjust the throttle stop on the bottom of the throttle body (at least for NAs...it's an 8mm bolt with a little screw inside of it).

The throttle stopper adjusts where the throttle plates stop (duh). If the throttle cable is too short then nothing you do to the throttle stopper will change the idle because the short cable is keeping the plates open, not the stopper.
There is an adjustment nut on the cable that sits around a bracket on the UIM (at least for NA's, no idea where it is on turbos). If it is still too short after that then you will need to get the correct throttle cable.
