Adjusting Throttle Body

Damn the "TB" search... Anyway. I have a fresh rebuild that keeps flooding, and won' hold idle because of extremely low compression. So how can I adjust the TB linkage like Kevin L. explains in his website. I need really detailed instructions. I needto have it slightly open so I can check where this coolant leak is. Thanks in advance.

Adjust the throttle stop screw. It's on the primary throttle linkage on the firewall side of the TB.
