Question Adjusting the R<<<>>>L rich and lean screw????

i was wonder can the 3800 hesitation can be caused from this not being adjusted right??? I need all info on this right here so i can adjust my car accordingly to the right specs>>>>

P.S. My main cat has a big hole in it so adjust accordingly to that, but other than that.........every thing is stock until i get the hesitation going away!!ARGHHHHHH

Thank You
