Adjusting idle

hey guys, i just recalibrated my tps, now i had the idea that you were supposed to set the idle via the screw on the side of the BAC after reading my haynes manual. I looked there and it seems that there isnt a screw in the side shaft of the BAC to adjust. isnt where its supposed to be adjusted??? thanks -alex
