added grounds to pressure sensor and ecu, whats next.

i added grounds to my ECU (pin 2c) and to my pressure sensor (the black wire) hoping that it would fix my 3800rpm bog situation.
low and behold it did not work...

where do i go now? the only time i actually fixed my hesitation was when i replaced my resistor pack (the thing under the stock airbox) but could the other one already be bad?

this hesitation is really annoying. i have been economy driving (under 4000 rpms) for the last 3 months. and i cant dominate the ricers that rev at me because my car bogs right when i hit boost

I noticed total elimination, with the Included above Grounds, when I took a 4 Gauge wire directly from the Negative Terminal of the Battery to the stock Engine Ground to the Motor. (The one directly behind the Oil Pedestal).

This Is without the pill/orfice In the Pressure Sensor. (I got rid of It when I replaced my Vacuum Lines and forgot to put It back In).

do you mean run a 4 gauge wire from the battery to the motor? or run a 4 gauge wire from the battery to the motor and to the stock ground? thanks

Go to the pressure/boost sensor and take the plug off. With the key out of the ignition, put your meters lead on the ground wire at the plug (either pure black or on early 87's a brown/black wire) and put the other lead of the meter on the battery ground post. What is the ohms reading?

Did you ground the other grounds at the ECU as 3G, 3A and 2R?

What is the part numbers on the top of your boost/pressure sensor? And is there a orifice in the boost/pressure sensor line?

ok, i'm gonna have to get ahold of a DMM first, but i'll reply soon with that.

no i did not add the other grounds. i suppose i will do that later today.

i got the boost sensor from a decent T2 at our junkyard. and yes, i have an orifice in the vacuum line. so it *should* be the correct part.

btw, HAILERS, go check out my other post.
