OK I got this 88 vert back in Novemeber. Runs perfect, idles perfect couldnt ask for better. Now the other day, I started it up, BUZZZZZZZZZZZZ BUZZZZZZZZZZZ add coolant no big deal. Added a little, started it back up with the top off, to see if I had the bad imfamous coolant seal failure. Well no gyser spouting out, thats all good. Thermostat kicks in no more buzzer, car runs same temp as normal. Next day wake up, same thing, check the cap add about 2 oz of water, buzzer still going off! Thermostat kicks in bye bye buzzer again..

Anyone know what the hell is wrong with this thing, its not low, and isnt leaking except a slight bit at the filler neck. Im gonna get a rubber O ring to replace it monday when the rubber and gasket place opens. Is this a problem with that POS idiot light assy and bad solder or what?

Sounds like it needs to be bled out better. Air pockets play hell with that thing!
