ok, i found that it is connected to the Relief silencer and the air chamber, which the FSM does not mention at all...

the other thing is, it seems my last owner took that off... but it never seemed to be a vaccum problem... what can be the cause of my vac leak that is preventing me from starting?

i just put my ACV on the car today, it was off before with a block off plate and no airpump

so i just installed the ACV, plugged the electricals, installed the air pump and connected the air hoses,

i've read the other threads about the relief silencer and i can leave that hose off on the ACV

one thing i don't think i saw was the check valve in the ACV.... if that is missing, what are the consequences?

I've double checked all the hoses and there are no connectors loose.... there are no error codes from the ECU.... i am running out of ideas....

i have attached the 3 hoses from the vac rack at the back of the TMIC, then i installed the vac lines on the ACV, tightening the ACV then I installed the airhose to the air pump...

I have followed the Haynes manual and the FSM the vac nipple under the BAC goes to the Bypass valve, the nipple that goes thru the LIM goes to the pressure sensor.

that are all the vac lines that i have moved around...
one last thing is that the airpump is not operational yet since i do not have a right sized belt to drive the pump... but i don't think that matters...
