ACV delete boost gauge?

Okay, so i've recently deleted my ACV and EGR valves, i took out some of the spider web for that, but left some so i had a place to plug my boost gauge into because stock it goes into the ACV. I've tried two or three different places now, but all of them wont give me a boost reading. they will give me vacuum and 0 PSI, but that is all. Has anyone else done this and fixed this?

Well without seeing your engine bay and exactly where things are hooked up, I would recommend that you remove the vacuum hose for the double throttle system and hook up the boost controller there. On the back of the UIM there should be 3 ports (some have 4). In factory configuration, on the very bottom there is a vacuum hose hooked to the thermovalve on the throttlebody. There is a checkvalve in-line.

Just remove that hose. you can cap off the ports on the thermovalve if you want to but it doesn't matter. run your boost gauge to that bottom port on the back of the UIM.

Dono, you can go to home depot , or lowes and get a small hose barb. Pull the plate and use the gasket to center where the barb goes. Dill hole, tap whole and thead in new barb. Screw in barb and file down the execess that sticks out the back. reinstall. Done.
