i have an 86 n/a i bought a motor off a guy , he used for autocross, he took of both actuators and block plated the holes off. will the car run fine without them or should i install some?

 

yea, it'll run but it's funny why he would block them off for autocross? You lose some power without em.

 

I have no actuators either, are you sure the power goes down? mmm that's why probably my rx7 (street-port) isn't good has an stock at low rpms, I run autocorss, and i dont have power until i get 5000 rpm. and 1/4 mille i cant get down 16 seconds, an stock recorded 15.8

Mechanic from here told me actuators are only to save consumption, but i'm not sure.
