acting like a blown engine

my radiator is cool on one side and hot on the other is my radiator clogged?

i bought a new thermostat i think it is oem, at least thats what napa said.

i did the bubble test with a bottle on the radiator and while the car was running
it bubbled but also it flowed up to the top of the bottle then it drained all the way down. is that because of the thermostat

also after a hard run, my car will run on one rotor and try to stall but if i hit the gas it will run on two let off runs on one.

i pull into the driveway the idle is high like its on the warm up procedure or something and the temp will start to rise, so i pop the cap to release the pressure and the temp will go back down.

also i think i have a broken apex seal because my car sounds different then when i first got it also hard to start, loss of compression exc. exc.

im goin to rip the motor out and rebuild it tommorow just want to know if you guys think my coolant seals are bad or maybe its the thermostat that could be causing these symtoms or maybe the radiator i dont know im just very pissed and this typing is releasing alot of stress but preety sure i have tommorow cut out for me

I have a very similar problem, and I was considering rebuilding my motor, but it sounds like it could just be a vac leak? could a vac leak also cause a massive loss in power? (as in my t2 would lose to a geo metro atm lol)
where could I buy vac lines? napa? or would something from Home Depot get the job done...
