ACT clutch question
Blah, I need to order this thing tonight! Anybody know the difference between the ACT Z65 HDMM (Heavy duty modified street clutch) and the ACT Z65 HD00 (street/strip clutch)?
I'm torn between them and I really can't find the difference except for about $20 or so? Also, anybody know where to get a good price on either of them? Thanks a ton!
And I guess nobody cares for the Centerforce II clutch?

From my 1 minute of research I got out that they both hold 330ft/lbs but the hd00 is a street disc and the hdmm is a modified street disc (probably unsprung?). Since they both hold the same tq I would go with the regular street disc (HD00) for comfort and ease of use.

^ I also use a HD 6 puck unsprung and unsprung clutches tend to chatter when they engage. I don't drive it everyday though so it would probably be something I would get used too. Not a big deal just one of those things that my OCD hates!
awesome sig btw.

Right on, thanks for the quick reply guys. I've been looking all night for a not-so-costly street/strip clutch. I found one pretty cheap but it's mislabeled as a clutch for a Protege'. Take a look.

It's pretty cheap and the number matches what is sold for the 86-92 turbos but it's labeled for a Protege, any ideas or did they just screw up?
