Accidently created vacuum in the coolant system!

While cleaning up some crap out of the engine bay, using a shop vac; I accidently ran the hose over a coolant nipple on the block. This created a vacuum and started to cyphen (sp.?) the coolant out. After about 4 quarts of coolant spewed out, it finaly stopped. Now how do I get rid of the vacuum? Can I just fill the system up with coolant once I get everything back together? The reason I was using the shop vac was because I have the intake manifold off and I don't want any lil shavings getting into the motor.

As soon as I get my gaskets, it all goes back together and I can give some feedback on the pineapple racing sleeves.

i dont really think a vacuum still exists, its gone
after you put everything back together just fill coolant through radiator cap and top off after it runs a while and thermostat opens

That's what I thought. But I just wanted to make sure, so I didn't blow up the radiator.
