Most problems in the area would give a check code.

I would check the TPS - not the idle setting, but the resistance values as the plunger moves in and out.

Pull the TPS connector off.
Get an analog (needle type) VOM set to the 1K ohms scale.
Connect it to the pins for the orange & black wires.
Open the throttle enough so you can test the TPS plunger through its full stroke.
As you work the TPS plunger in & out, the meter needle must swing smoothly from ~0 to ~5K ohms.

As the TPS wears, it can give non-linear or inconsistent signals to the ECU.
A worn out TPS may give 1K ohms at idle, but have a drop out further up the scale.
A drop out at mid scale will tell the ECU to idle at that point & give a fuel cut hesitation.

If the meter shows a jerky or uneven sweep, spray contact cleaner may fix it temporarily.

Are you getting a "check engine" light?
See if it gives you any codes (i.e. 20, 17).

the "check" contact is the green one by the front igniter right? witch pin should i ground there? as i have understood it i just ground that and turn the ignition and it should flash in the clock panel right?
sorry im totaly new to this, havent ever toutch a motor exept changing oil but with this car i dont trust the mechanics around here

have the haynes so ill try out the tps , have som wierd idle to and that should be the tps som it wont be a bad thing anyhow.
