AC and powersteering tensioner stuck

They are stuck. Tried hammering it to maybe loosen it but it did not budge at all. Any tricks to getting them to move?

just to check, you did loosen the lock nut on the front of each pulley first right?

You need to loosen the 17mm nut on the front of the pulley and then use the 10mm nut on the bracket to make the pulley move up and down.

Son of a ish. Guess the previous owner didn't do that since last time I changed the belts didn't need to unlock anything. Had a shop do some work and I couldn't get it to adjust this time. Thanks!

Yeah lol except I didn't know that was part of it haha. First time I did it I just sorta looked, pulleys moved when I tightened/loosened those bolts then looked up what tension it should be. Figure that was the way it was lol.
