AC Kills Engine At Idle....
Hey All,
Everytime I open the AC I need to keep my foot on the throttle to keep the engine from stalling. At first I suspected the BAC was dirty so I cleaned... with no effect.
Could this be a sign that the BAC is bad? Any way to check the BAC valve?
thanks in advance,
Hakan Uras

If you have the Factory service manual, it will show you how to check it. If not, you can down load it online at

Thanks to all for the input. I checked the BAC per the service manual and it works fine. I'm thinking my ACV cluster being blocked off has something to do with this...
Or my modded ECU...
