ABS Sensor Removal?

I am trying to remove the hubsto install the toe elminators, but the ABS sensor is getting in the way of removing them. I removed the one bolt, but let me tell you that does absolutly nothing!

Be very careful removing the sensors. After removing the bolt, there is on a very small amount of travel to "wiggle" the sensor back and forth. A lot of spray, and while you wigle push cautiously. After a while it will come out.

Is it the sensor, or the sensor and the bracket that wiggles out?
