ABS light came on two seconds ago on the ride home from work. I heard somewhere on this board that it's a crappy system anyway, should i just remove it?

(is that what that whirring is when i 1st start to move my car in gear after starting it is?)

 

Yeah, that would be the whirring.

But removing the abs? Good luck, and let me know how you managed to do it, because I want to as well

 

check the ABS fuse in the fuse box...

the light in my 91 T2 was coming on over the summer...but the car always braked great...

I then opened up the fuse box and noticed the ABS fuse wasn't pushed in all the way...since then then the light never comes on
