abnormal compression numbers???

I just picked up my s5 jspec a few days ago, while i was there i tested a few motors but they all had either a blown front rotor or blown rear rotor.until i came across this dirty little ****. i was expecting it to be blown just by looking at it, but it had 120psi on both front and rear rotors.all faces showed around 60 ish psi when i held the release on tester. is that normal?? my friend says it might be because of carbon buildup but im not sure. it also came with dual alt pulley and a RE superG oil cap. i guess i'll se when i strip accessories off.

60 when holding the release valve is normal because your venting out the pressure, as long as it even your fine.
With the release valve not being held.. anything over 90psi is good.
