Was the 92 TII "R" type trans used in any ford cars or trucks? Also what is the trans. code? M5R1?

There was no 92 TII in the USA, but the R-type (R526) was used in Ford Mustangs and F150s as well as older Mazda RX cars like the RX-3

They didn't really produce them, they just relabeled and sold the '91s as '92s. At least, that is what I understand occured.

If you go to Mazda Japan's History of the RX-7 website you'll see that they did actually make FC3C from 1/92 to 8/92 as a 92 model. However the FC3S stopped production in 8/91, so there were no FC coupes made after that and hench, no 92 T2s.
